Quick Creator by Mono Solutions is a tool designed to help partners rapidly generate personalized website proposals, streamlining the sales process and boosting conversion rates by providing real-time previews to clients. Initially, we aimed to enhance this tool's user experience by adding a color palette picker to the design template page, allowing users to easily select and apply custom color schemes for greater versatility and personalization.

Our process began by focusing on several key criteria: seamless integration of the color picker into the existing workflow, an accessible interface with a dedicated palette button, and real-time updates that instantly apply selected colors to various design elements like backgrounds and text. As we evolved our approach, we recognized the need for a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience.

The final deliverable features a streamlined workflow, categorized into Business Info, Styling, AI, and Additional Business Info, enhancing clarity and efficiency. Optimized for mobile-first navigation, the design now caters to users across different devices. The styling options were expanded beyond a simple color picker, offering two modes for customization:

• Quick Customization – Designer-curated color schemes for a polished look with minimal effort.
  Full Customization – A flexible palette that allows users to create their own color choices, providing theme-based and custom color options for a highly personalized design experience.
• This evolution reflects a commitment to improving user experience and enabling greater customization, making the Quick Creator tool more intuitive and adaptable for diverse user needs.
