Brut Butcher
Product Design
This case study, completed as part of my academic product design research, focused on Brut Butcher, a quick-service restaurant known for high-quality meat products. The project aimed to explore product design fundamentals in a real-world context, with three key objectives: understanding design roles within the company, analyzing customer demographics through personas, and improving the ordering and delivery process.
The insights from customer personas highlighted the need for tailored features like order notifications via bippers or SMS updates, enhancing personalization. We found that offering flexible design solutions, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, better accommodates diverse customer needs, ultimately improving the overall user experience.
